WDAS collects only the minimum personal information required to respond to website enquiries. Public forms are not intended for employee payroll data, RSA ID numbers or other sensitive information.
Purpose
Information submitted through enquiry forms may be used to assess the opportunity, contact the submitter, route the enquiry internally and maintain a record of consent. Appropriate organisational and technical safeguards should be applied. Actual employer and employee payroll data must remain within secure operational systems, not this public marketing website.
Security and data minimisation
HTTPS, role-based administration, MFA, audit logging, backups, spam protection and secure hosting should form part of the website baseline.
